Psychologist, Psychotherapist

I am a clinical psychologist and a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist currently undergoing certification at the Academy of Motivation and Education in Warsaw. I completed a Crisis Intervention Course at the Institute of Psychological Counseling (ITPB). I also completed postgraduate studies in pedagogical preparation for psychologists. I support individuals in unearthing resources and developing coping strategies. I explore the field of neurodiversity, with a particular focus on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I work with adolescents and adults, creating a safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I work within the framework of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and employ the method of motivational interviewing. Using scientifically proven methods is important to me, but the most important aspect is a safe therapeutic relationship.

A non-judgmental atmosphere and a therapeutic relationship based on acceptance, authenticity, and partnership are the foundations of my work. Respect for each person’s worldview, values, and decisions is a priority for me. I regularly develop my competencies and skills to improve the quality and skill of my work. I work in accordance with the principles of professional ethics – I am a member of the Polish Psychotherapy Association (PTTPB).

I provide psychological consultations and support. I support individuals struggling with emotional difficulties, chronic stress, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I also provide crisis intervention services for individuals experiencing violence, grief, and suicidal thoughts, among other things. I provide individual psychotherapy for individuals struggling with low mood, depression, dysthymia, and anxiety disorders. I also provide diagnosis, consultations, and psychoeducation for individuals with ADHD.

I completed a five-year master’s degree in psychology at the University of Wrocław, specializing in clinical and health psychology. I completed postgraduate studies in pedagogical preparation for psychologists at the Higher School of Vocational Education. I completed a practical course in crisis intervention at the Institute of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and a four-year course in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy with motivational interviewing at the Academy of Motivation and Education in Warsaw.

I participated in training on the principles of application and interpretation of the MMPI-2 organized by the Psychological Training Center Akademia Psyche, as well as in training at the Academy of Motivation and Education on the practical application of Motivational Interviewing skills in working with children, adolescents and adults.
