I am a clinical psychologist, crisis interventionist, Ericksonian therapist, coach, and business trainer with over 20 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. My professional path began at SWPS University, where I graduated with a degree in clinical and health psychology.
I completed postgraduate studies in crisis intervention, which allowed me to obtain a certificate as a crisis interventionist. This equipped me with the techniques and tools necessary to effectively operate in crisis and traumatic situations, where time and interpersonal skills are crucial. I developed my therapeutic skills under the guidance of recognized authorities in the field of Ericksonian and systemic psychotherapy in Poland and Germany.
I trained at the Wrocław branch of the Polish Ericksonian Institute, which equipped me with therapeutic skills related to the Ericksonian approach, characterized by flexibility and the ability to adapt methods to individual patient needs. I also gained experience at the Institute for Systemic Psychotherapy in Munich, working with a variety of cases within a systemic approach.
I’m interested in cognitive-behavioral therapy, particularly in working with children, adolescents, and adults. My training at the Lower Silesian Psychotherapy Center in cognitive-behavioral therapy for children and adolescents gave me the tools to work with younger clients and their families. I also completed the Postgraduate School for Business Coaches and Trainers in Munich, allowing me to support clients in their personal and professional development.
I collaborate with and provide mental support to coaches and athletes—both amateurs and professionals at both the national and international levels (Olympic boxing). I help them prepare for competitions, manage stress, strengthen self-confidence and motivation, and build mental resilience.
“Nothing is impossible, there are only those we haven’t tried”, “Every champion was once an amateur who didn’t give up”.
In my diagnostic work, I specialize in the diagnosis of ADHD (DIVA 5.0 test, MOXO) and the diagnosis of personality disorders (SCID 5 test).
I receive regular supervision, which allows me to hone my skills and ensure the high quality of my work. My experience also includes working with individuals experiencing domestic violence, trauma, crises, and discrimination.
The goal of my work is to help clients transform challenges into potential for growth and build a foundation for mental and emotional health. I believe that every person has resources within themselves that can improve their quality of life.
