Psychologist

I am a psychologist and certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (PTTPB Certificate No. 2417). In my therapeutic work, it is important to me to build relationships based on trust and a sense of security that foster openness and change.

I graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of Wrocław and completed postgraduate studies in clinical sexology, psycho-oncology, and pedagogical training. I trained at the School of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy at SWPS University under the supervision of Dr. Agnieszka Popiel and Dr. Ewa Pragłowska.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low mood, difficult emotions, crises, stress, relationship problems, and feelings of being lost.

I gained my experience in the General Psychiatry Department with Detoxification Unit at the Milicz Medical Center, among other places, and in educational institutions, where I work as a psychologist. I regularly receive supervision to ensure the high quality of my work.
